EFT (Tapping) Session

Service Description

Feeling mentally or emotionally stuck? This session is for you if you have a particular subject area, pattern, emotion, or physical symptom identified you feel stuck in and/or are having trouble letting go of, and would like to release. For example, issues with productivity, moving on from a relationship, physical discomfort in the body (e.g. back pain), or social anxiety. In this session we’ll discuss your challenge at hand, identify the associated limiting beliefs, thoughts patterns, and emotions around them, and when/how they formed. Then I’ll create a custom tapping script you will use to release your stuck emotions and patterns.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a single session please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Some sales, like online courses and multi-session coaching packages, are final. No refunds will be available if you choose to cancel.
